The project
At the Patro Roc-Amadour, we built a three-storey addition to the existing building as well as floor framing on the first level.
Technical challenges
Because the addition area was excavated rather than slab-on-grade, we had to work with hoisting equipment from outside the building.
The height and distance of the various existing roof levels had to be known so that access would remain possible as the work progressed.
